Mentors submit a grade for each student after both the fall and spring semesters during the Third Year using the Registrar's office online grading system (except for study away students whose mentors are required to submit the paper copy below). The research grade is Pass/Fail beginning in the 2008-2009 year. This is not the thesis grade.

 

• Duke Mentors are to grade their student using this basic grading criteria and return the information to their Study Program Director for posting.using. If you would rather post the grades and comments yourself, please contact Scott Campbell so he can provide you access and use the instructions in the On-line Gradebook below.
